Ordered my fingers hot and got plain. This is the 2nd time they messed my order up and it’s too far to take it back because I live across town from them, takes me 20 minutes to get there. I won’t be going back.
Almost slipped and fell on the greasy floors. Wish I had fallen. I would sue the hell out of zaxbys. The chicken tasted like it was days old sitting in old grease. Will never EVER go to zaxbys again. Gross!
Really good food I love the zenzation salad it needs to be on the menu PERMANENTLY

Zaxbys of Shelby messed up my order so I called and they asked me what my ticket number was to verify my order and told me they would replace it. When I go to pick up the replacement a week later they tell me I have to have the original receipt or kitchen ticket. Really!! Do you think I still have that? They refused to give me the food without it. Terrible customer service. I will never come back to this Zaxbys.
The food is great after I get it all and makes sure it's right the service could be better.
Food was good. Service was good. My only issue was that there was a couple sitting across from me and my truck driving partner and the lady asked him where do he live and he said Atlanta and that's where we both live and she said she use to live in Decatur Ga but it's all messed up now, and he asked why is that and she said because there's a whole bunch of nigg*rs there now and I know if I would have said something to her about it I would have been escorted out, stand accused or could have been locked up.
