I just read the article about how your employees were so absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to our LEO's!! It is so appalling that these men and women who go out everyday putting there lives on the line even for your disgusting restaurant is treated so outrageously! The type of employees that you have hired says everything about what kind of restaurant you are! I STAND WITH OUR MEN AND WOMEN OF LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!!
Time for NEW staff!! Unbelievable. What people are so quick to fail to realize is that these same officers are the ones who will continue to protect and serve, when those employees are in crisis and in need. #ShameOnThem

I will never again eat at any Zaxby's.. Never spend a penny at a place that allows their employees to throw disparaging remarks at law enforcement.
I guess there is something to be said about the 1.7 of 5 stars reviews for this location. My family has eaten at Zaxbys often for several years and have had sporadic food quality and service. While convenient, the last takeout order we received looked like something from the dollar menu at McDonalds at 8x the price. I spoke with manager who was very lackadaisical about my complaint. Sadly, this is the final chapter for this restaurant.

I advised when I ordered I was hard of hearing cause I didn’t hear the lady ask if it was for here or to go and I said here and they brought me my food. I have never had a place that normally announces your order is ready over the PA bring me my food to my table. I just thought that was awesome service. I appreciate that even though both my adult kids where with me and have no hearing issues . Thank you!!
