RecommendedI have always enjoyed Zaxby's/shelby, but today after church me and my wife went. The service was not good at all, also the food was not up to par. if they stay this way they will lose customers. zeb falls
Horrible customer service. When I had problem with order I was told to "Google " a number for Customer Service. Called back was told they could not help me!!
HORRIBLE customer service, the employees have no respect for the customers we’re all cussing and calling eachother out on who messed my order up. One even stared at me and started mouthing off to me when the other employees said he messed my order up.
