RecommendedI placed an order online through the Zaxby’s app, a couple mins after placing it my husband asked me to get him something too, so I placed a second order. When I arrived they only had one order and I looked online and realized I mistakenly sent the second order to the Dacula location. Would not accept a phone order from truck driver
Waited almost 45 minutes in the drive-thru line at 3:30 pm. Had to park to wait for order to be brought out (1 finger plate and fried pickles). Received order and it was wrong. Spoke to three employees and only got excuses. Will NOT visit this location again.

We have always loved Zaxby's, and after a couple of bad experiences with the salads, tried them again, but tonight got mushrooms, cold, hard and not edible!!
RecommendedSomeone needs to teach the people working the difference between BLUE CHEESE AND RANCH. Every time I go I ask for BLUE CHEESE and I get home and I have RANCH ...... UGH
All the employees are wearing mask and gloves, and only one person is allowed in bathroom at a time. Then why is it, and I personally witnessed this, is nobody cleaning tables in dining room? I saw people setting and leaving tables, tables not getting cleaned and the next customers sit at the same table. Doesn’t this completely make all the other precautions unnecessary?
