Would have given them less, but you are unable to. 1 star is too good for such a despicable organization that condones their franchisee, or management to take such a flippant attitude about their employees lack of professionalism towards any customers!
We will no longer support Zaxby's in Shelby. If you can't respect the men and women that are willing to risk it all to protect and serve our community, you do not deserve my family's business.
If you treat your customers in this manner, I'm glad I am not near your restaurant. I hope you lose your franchise license and the guilty employees are punished for their part.

I've been eating at Zaxbys since I ate at the original Zax restaurant in Statesboro Ga as a student at Georgia Southern University back around 1992. So it's sad to say that because of actions by ignorant employees and inaction by the management and corporate office that I will be ending a twenty-something year enjoyment of their food. As a LEO, I stand with my brothers who were harassed and then had their food tampered with by the cooks, I will not be eating Zaxbys again.

time for y'all to weed out your disrespectful employees and issue a personal apology to the officers who risk their lives every day to protect all of us, even ungrateful assholes who don't appreciate their sacrifice. that greasy shit you sell kills more people than the police ever did
