This store on Walton Way Augusta, GA needs to be closed or the Mangement needs to be revamped. They never get your order right, from ordering online, to the drive thru, to ordering inside the store. Management is HORRIBLE....they never know nothing. Apparently the cooks can not read or does not have the proper training to prepare food. Its Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! Order food online, got home and the food was all F%$K Up!!! Please get people in this particular restaurant who wants to work and keep their JOBS!!!!
RecommendedIt's not the best Zaxby's around but tonight we only got half our order through drive through but the Manager was very kind and took care of it immediately and was very professional about it. Apparently the 2 employees who messed up several orders in a row walked out and quit. I worked fast food for many years and good help is hard to find. Just wanted to post here that this Zaxby's is not perfect but they will go out of their way to make it right. 😎
purchase from the new family to go packs that they brag so much about. When you get it back and open it up and you're missing half of the food is very disappointing. I called the store and spoke to the manager who said he is also the assistant district manager. He then stated, "well I can't drive it to you". He was just a total jerk. Today was the worst of the worst food I have ever gotten from a Zaxbys. this location is always hit or miss. The food was TERRIBLE. No one in d/t line yet they didn't completely cook my son's grilled cheese, all the cheese was on one 1/2, sandwich was almost only soft, uncooked bread. All 4 meals had COLD and OLD fries. 3 chicken meals and every piece of chicken was cold and DRY. not one piece was totally edible. I eat A LOT of Zaxbys around GA traveling around as a Nurse. This place is trash. Michael the assistant manager has no manners and a complete tool. Will never visit a location again
Don’t place an online order here until you see the drive through line and know it won’t be a 30 minute wait. They aren’t answering their phones during this time and the line is backed up out of their parking lot. You’re screwed if you place an order and just want somebody to run it out to you. By the time I’m able to pick up my order the food will be cold
