Shameful. No excuse for the reported behavior to any customer
Having employees who do this to our men and women in blue is a disgrace. Dont forget when you need help when your store is being robbed, vandalized, or broken into who do you call?? those men and women in blue, you need to make it right with those officers who were messed with!!!
I just read the story about the employees in the back of the store cooking being rude to the deputies on Sunday. It makes me sick to think that the person in charge that day allowed this to happen. These gentlemen didn't deserve what happened to them and I hope that the "boys" get what they deserve. I'm done with this particular Zaxbys and will be done with the entire chain if corporate doesn't do something about this.
Looks like Chic-fil-a will be getting even more business. They are actually very polite and appreciate their customers. Shame that management didn't immediately intervene and correct the situation. We won't be back.
How your sorry employees treat our officers is unacceptable I will nor will my family eat their again the ones that did this is sorry and deserve to be fired
As a family that eats there several times a week for lunch and dinner, I am disgusted at your employee's treatment of our local law enforcement. It is a complete disgrace that management allowed that to happen. We will not be coming back and I will be spreading the word to everyone I see that there are other places in our community that support our police and deserve our business.
Very upset with what I read about how employees treated police officers this past Sunday at the Zaxbys in Shelby, NC. The employees involved should be terminated immediately along with the management that did not take immediate action to correct the situation. If the franchisee condones this type of behavior from his employees, then his franchise should be cancelled.
There will be no more Zaxby's for our family after the way your employees treated our deputies. Shameful.
