Tonight I had an experience with the manager “Barb.” After placing my order, and sitting in line for 10-15 minutes, I finally make it to the window. The cashier takes my money, waits a few minutes and closes the window, only to return and say that they were “out” of traditional wings. A chicken sandwich with a nickle size dollop of mayo and a butt end tomato that's not even half the size of the sandwich is not acceptable.
Ordered a salad with the app and it tells you to call when you get there which I did and no one answered the phone. Went inside and spent 15 minutes waiting til they found the order!! Worst service ever!
