None of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. Quite obvious this place doesn’t care about the customer or community.
What a disappointment...I have been coming to this location for years!!!! Won't be back after today's food and service. ordered with app since it said on the app that Dining room was closed. get there and find dining room open, go through drive through like app said...they had me pull to side and wait....a guy comes out with our food, carrying my drink under his arm against his side....hands us food without speaking a word....chicken tenders were not even warm....almost cold...toast was mush and fries were old....they didn't... read more
worst zaxby’s experience ever! the manager was super rude after we waited 30 min and then said something about out food sitting in the pass through they said they would re make it and then gave us the original cold food. the employees where to busy getting drinks and listening to music to move food. manager was mad and got a attitude when we asked why they where not passing out food that was prepared. we will not be back.
I love to eat their salads but today I am VERY DISAPPOINTED they put ice cold chicken strips on my house salad. I live too far to take it back or I would have as soon as I opened it. 🤨
Was told I had to wear a mask or they would refuse service by management but wouldn’t force employees to wear masks. How is that right. It’s not right. Won’t get my service unless they can make it right because I was told by management it’s policy to make customers to wear masks but it’s not policy to make employees wear a mask

I dub this location “The Sorriest Zaxby’s.” Because, I always have issue with my order. You may ask yourself why I went to the location, then. Well, I usually visit the Schomburg location, and love it. But, today I had business on Bradley Park and gave it another try. I ordered two salads and some wings. The worst service I have ever seen, and I never write negative reviews. Zaxbys is great but I highly recommend you drive to a different location. If the service is that bad up front, I’m scared of what might be happening in back.
