To whom it may concern, I would just like to state that I had placed a mobile order. Upon arrival I noticed that there was a line wrapped around the store and asked my brother to go inside and pick up the order. The dining room was unfortunately closed. I called the store and asked them if they could bring out the food since it had been paid for online. She stated “I’m sorry ma’am the owner does not want employees walking outside due to COVID”. After waiting 10 minutes over the scheduled curbside pickup time, I was brought the wrong order and when I told her the order name apparently she didn't care to check. I called after waiting and was told hold on and the phone clicked - I guess it is my bad for not knowing that's how you ask people to be placed on hold. Good thing the associate called back and asked me, did I not hear her ask me to hold on cause she was busy doing something else and couldn't talk to me. I am not one to complain because I’ve worked fast food, I get it, but tonight was the second time I have been to the Siloam Springs location and been disappointed. The first time, the staff were laughing while taking my order at the drive through. They ended up giving me and charging me for an adult meal and not a kids meal that I ordered. They were not friendly at the window when we pulled up either. Tonight, we ordered, pulled up to the window and were told our total and not another word was said to us after that. This location is the worst. Twice now I have ordered online because the line is out the parking lot. A couple of months ago I placed my order online and was told I had to wait in a drive thru line. What is the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in the drive thru?? Makes no sense! Anyways when I called I spoke to Cameron who informed me he was open for me... no your open because you need a job.. I asked that he cancel my order and refund my money.
