First, let me say, I'm not one to complain about service. I've been visiting Zaxbys for the last 14 years, on a regular basis. Tonight was the absolute worst service I've ever had at a Zaxby's or at a restaurant in general. I went to the Zaxby's in Hampton VA, 2201 Todds Lane. 25 minutes wait for wings. they were under done. held the tender order we were planning to eat while waiting till the wings were done. they were good but over all the price was high. I give them 2 years
