They are rude . The food isn't that great , very salty . They don't like when you ask for extra condiments .And get some damn good cups. The bottom always falls out or the side gets a hole in it.

I love Zaxbys but not this location. There was so much ice and water on the floor I was afraid someone was going to fall. we had finished eating and were leaving before someone addressed this issue. Our order was wrong, I asked for extra fries in place of the Cole slaw...got neither. my husband didn't get any dressing with his salad and the front was so crowded with those waiting for food and to order, getting back to the counter was impossible. We will go to Harbour View next time.
When I say I’m never coming to this Zaxby’s again. I am so sick of it! They never have their crap together. I just went and ordered two wings and things and waited 30 minutes to get my food. I had to go and ask someone what was taking so long and then suddenly, magically all of my food was ready. I got no apology, nothing! I’m done with it!
I went through the drive through and got a 10 PC traditional wings. None of it is edible just hard and dry. Disappointed drive through customers that can't check their food would experience this.
