Great food wonderful employees
False advertising...Don’t hand me a flyer that says you get a free meal for joining the club and then tell me that I have to contact corporate for my free meal! What kind of bull is that! It does not say that anywhere on the flyer! Now that I’ve contacted them, it’s been 5 days and nothing!
The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. I will be a regular. Thank you for an excellent experience in Hampton.

I usually don’t have any issues with this restaurant but how you run out of fries & your own special sauce??? Hopefully the truck will come resupply tomorrow.
I’ve been going to Zaxby’s since the 90’s. This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. The chicken wasn’t fresh (at 11:45a), they shorted us a chicken tender, the fries were way under seasoned, they forgot two kids meal treats, and they do not offer bottled water as a beverage option. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the service at the Hampton, VA location. Management, is this an isolated incident? Or is this normal?
