Service at this Hampton location is HORRIBLE. No one greets you, they ALL come across that every customer is an inconvenience. After spending over $50 (for a family of 4) I asked if I can switch the Zaxby sauces for Ranch instead and I was told I had to pay extra for each sauce container. Even though I nor my family wanted the Zaxby sauce and was giving it back to them! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. good evening, I'm lee f cappis, let me tell you what a fantastic business and employees you have. we Ms. Cheryl, Mr. earl, Ms. pat Mr. butch, Mae and I were returning from a weekend with our Goldwing Family {GWRRA} in Roanoke VA..With Zaxby's on our minds we stopped to find due to Matthew. you weren't fully staffed so only the drive thru was open. your employee's found out we had been on motorcycles for the last 5 hours. they opened the dining room just for us so we could sit , eat an have a very peaceful dinner....thankyou ... read more
