The last two times I have gone through the drive through my order has been wrong. The 1st time I ordered 3 salads and the lady rang up two and neither were what I ordered. So I repeated it again. When I got home the fries had no season and were old from earlier that day that had been reheated and neither salad had toast that was suppose to come with them. I do not feel the zensation zalad was as advertised. Half the amount in picture and seemed to be missing the slaw part. It just had romaine lettuce and not mixed greens as advertised. Very bland. And for the price, which is much more than other fast food, I was dissapointed. And since unable to go inside, only drive thru, and you don't find out until you are home, a 20 mile drive.
I specifically asked for two things. Even had it on the ticket. I get home to find that they were missing from my meal. Just the overall lack of concern to the customers gets to me. I’m tired of bad service everywhere I go. Zaxby’s, you’ll be taken off the list of places to eat in Lexington.

DISGUSTING FOOD! we drove across the country from California and stopped here for lunch. We waited in line for an hour. We couldn’t get out of line bc they had two lanes. We got 3 grilled cheese meals. All three were cold and tasted like the bread was stale. The kids wouldn’t even touch it. I have the worst taste in my mouth. The fries of course were over cooked and cold. We wasted an hour and $20 and left hungry. 😡

I really like Zaxby's, but I am extremely disappointed in my last several orders in the drive thru. 3 out of 4 times something has bee. missing from my order and I've had to turn around and go back. I usually order a Cobb salad for myself and the last 3 times there has been no bacon. on the salad and this last time is the worst. My salad had no bacon. Very slow service and still took a long time to pick up an online order. Then food wasn’t very good and fries were inedible. Would you want to eat those fries?
I wouldn’t eat here unless you want pieces of plastic found in your food and not even receive a simple apology over it. What a disgusting way to treat one of your customers. I believe the State health department should be notified of this, and will be. Surely this may help to clean up the obvious mess that is running in your kitchens.
