Gave me the wrong food. I ordered spicy mushrooms and they gave me fried cheese
Worst Zaxby’s ever. First time to order something for a child. They could not explain the difference between the finger and the nibbler. After waiting 15 minutes for the food, we were told “Oh, we are putting on more chicken now. We were out.” Don’t know what they were doing during the 25 minutes. We had iced tea. They removed all ice tea containers before 8:30 pm. Sign said they closed at 10:00 but we couldn’t get refills by 8:30. A lot of bouncing around and laughing. Won’t be back. Loved it. Cobb salad the best in town along with the mushrooms. Must have the shrooms. REALLY ENJOYED. THANKS WEEZER LUV YA
They let us order the Zenzation Zalad without telling us they were OUT OF EGGROLLS--gave us TOAST instead!!!!! I order BECAUSE of the EGGROLLS, people! Won't be back to this one in Sevierville.

We order a chicken platter & Cobb salad. Our fries cold and hard. & my cob salad was frozen with ice. & i didn’t get any of the things i asked extra for. The only thing that was enjoy able was the chicken tenders and toast. So disappointed in our experience. The crew wasn’t friendly at all and more worried about talking with each other than having hap... read more
Evidently the Cobb salad only comes with 4 tiny pieces of bacon and they don't have salt shakers. Also the cashier walked off as we approached the counter and her replacement was none too happy about working.
