zax snack chicken pieces were much smaller than in the past. also overcooked. the fries were bigger/thicker than the chicken. fries were barely seasoned.

My husband and I just went through the drive through and had to wait 20 mins just for them to give us 2 unsweetened hot tea when we ordered sweet and then the lady didn’t even get our order right!! Definitely lost our business because this is not the first time 🤦♀️

Horrible customer service. When I had problem with order I was told to "Google " a number for Customer Service. Called back was told they could not help me!!
disgusting ! need to be shut down
I had an incident with door not having a spring system and it went over it my toe. Losing toe nail. 911 was called.. Have medical expenses and loss of pay. General Manager, Stephen Hall is no help. I am a hiker and won't be able to hike for a long time. Mr. Hall doesn't care. They need door fixed.
