Poor service and the food was not good. Took forever to receive our food. Very disappointed ☹️
Last time we went the food was horrible and the place was filthy dirty, we will not go back again.
My wife and I went Zaxby's tonight 10/21/18 the lady working the register was horrible, she was put out bye are fasting for more lemon for the tea it was like two to three pieces left and she's like oh there's still a couple in here. and when we finished my wife asked for a to go box for a leftovers she hands us a bag to put our food in with no box an my wife ask for a box an she was annoyed,,, she was on her phone,,,another lady asked for lemon she was told there was. none
Waited 1 full hour for cold food. The manager on duty seemed put out that people were complaining. She said, “I could scream right now and they would hear me all the way at dicks”. Very poor experience. Avoid this location for now. Dining room was never cleaned or trash taken out in the 90 minutes I was in the restaurant. Meanwhile, staff was leaned up against counter chatting through the window and laughing. Obviously unconcerned about the situation.
