The salad I ordered was not good at all. The lettuce was brown and wilted. I don't recommend that one. I have eaten at other locations and had no problems.
The staff was very polite. Our order was made fast hot and fresh.
First time I've had their food and I can say this they have way better chicken than Popeye's chicken... The French Fries are yummy � and slaw is the best but the chicken it what I'll be going back for!!!���Zaxby's nailed it�
Ordered 3 kids meals and 2 big Zak Snak Meals at 1:26 pm - received food at 1:44. Stood at counter waiting to receive my food - when it was obvious my order was skipped I asked where it was and they told me they must have given it to someone else. It must have gone out to the drive thru because I stood at the counter the entire time and it never came across the counter! Horrible don't waste your time, our food sat in the window for ever and was so cold we could not eat it. Floors were dirty. Someone had spilled drinks and it was running all over people were trying to step over it to get a place to sit. There were no napkins. The employee's had an I could care less attitude. Mushrooms were awful tasted disgusting and the wait was 20mins chicken was cold and NO CELERY!!! that's the last time I order from yall
The busiest Zaxby's ever been. Don't underestimate. They are fast and you get your food in spite of full seats, drive through, a line of customers. One thing is it might help if they have one person to clean up tables as fast cycle of customers in/out.
Can't seem to get anything right. They never give our forks in the drive thru. Incompetence!
We found a hard melted plastic piece in our bun. I took pictures because I just couldn't believe it. Thank goodness my kids didn't choke on it. Makes me leary.
