They forget part of order,Again.Some of the boneless wings were just gristle n fat.
Why does it ALWAYS take sooo long to get food here?!! Waited almost 20 minutes to get my dine-in meal?? Six tables with people = not busy! Worst location, by far (from Kentucky to Florida). Get your act together. I'm a local, and won't be back. Your location is going to miss my business when the tourists go home.
Chicken was good. Fries were cold. Employees were very unprofessional.
Love their food! The cashier was friendly and while we usually have to wait awhile for our food, we did show up at noon and it was very busy. My grandsons both love it and it's the only place they eat their entire meal. The salad I had was fresh and crisp. We are very happy with our visit!

Always yummy. We don't have any in Michigan. So when we see one we stop. Heading back to Michigan from Tennessee and lucked out and found one.�
Don't go inside if your wanting your food in a timely manner. They focus on drive thru only and it shows. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
The food is always awesome. The tables are always dirty!!
The counter staff was nice enough, but tables were too dirty for the amount of business they had at the time & it was very cold inside the restaurant. Our food was ok; a touch greasy. Overall, otherwise , not really my favorite member of the Zaxby's family.
