They have great workers and food's always hot and fresh!!! Don't mind to wait for Hot food!!!
After my order was took, I wanted for 20 minutes. I just ordered a salad and white cheddar bites. The salad was very poor quality. The bowl was not even half full. My bites were cold. I will not be back to zaxbys. 2nd bad time at a zaxbys. I'm done!
Food wasn't very fresh. Toast tasted old. They forgot to put my dessert in the bag on my to go order and I didn't realize it till I got home. Service was lacking in a big way. Usually I like Zaxby's, but not happy with this one.
The only issue I have is their payroll method. Debit card thru Money Network. They put a freeze on my G CHILD card and we have been trying for over a month to get it released so she can draw her last check. We have faxed her ID, SS card 3 times and called at least a dozen times and they still say did not receive or too dark. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Company should reconsider pay methods.
Been in line for 23 minutes, still three cars in front of me before I get to the window, lady at the ordering menu did not speak enough english to understand my order, they switched her out with an extremely rude woman who had very little knowledge of the menu I was looking at (asked me if it said my meal came with a drink). Got to the window and they handed me the wrong order. Fortunately i checked before driving off.
I have enjoyed Zaxbys for years. The reason I ordered unsweet tea with my meal is because I am diabetic. I even requested it again at the window and the male that assisted handed me my drink. I get to my office and taste. It's sweet. I'm glad I tasted it first. If I had not and sweetened it with artificial sweetener, it would have ran my blood glucose levels through the roof. I love Zaxby's but today I was very disappointed.
Everyone there apparently hates their job. Horrible customer service
