This is a good place. Yesterday was slow service because they had a bus load of students that took up a lot of time. Not complaining they always have good food. Chicken fingers have gotten smaller over the years and the price has gone up but that's what you get, it normal.
Has to be the worst Zaxbys EVER!! waited over 45 mins for my food. Which was NOT fresh! Cashier was VERY RUDE!! NEVER AGAIN!
Zaxbys used to fill you up. I would leave and couldn't breathe cause I was so full. Went tonight got 2, 6 finger plates, got home finished my plate and it left me like my wife, laying in the bed, on facebook, wanting more. Also why can't you dip my fingers in wimpy sauce. I asked and got a little cup of wimpy sauce. Think it'd time to find a new chicken place. Updated: Called and complained, went back tonight, IT WAS FABULOUS!!! FAITH RESTORED!!!
I like there orginal wings-all that I have tried so far. Moved here recently-pretty close to Buffalo Wings. I commend you. 3rd visit ❤.
Apparently no management on duty tonight. 35 minutes in drive thru line and watched workers walk around and waste time, some outside on smoke break. Watched 4 cars give up and pull off.
Every time I order boneless wings they never dip them in sauce! That's the only reason I get them. Tonight I even ordered extra sauce on the side because I know they never dip them and not only did they not dip them, they left out my extra sauce!! I love zaxbys but the attention to detail and service is lacking!
