RecommendedAbsolutely amazing service. The manager and workers were all so nice and so helpful. I definitely recommend this location compared to the other Anderson location. Food was fresh and everyone was smiling and happy to take orders and help out. Just wanted to thank them all for being so much nicer than the other location.
After many failed attempts at online ordering, my family and I will not be back to this location. The order is never correct no matter how many times we've tried. Apparently customer service/satisfaction isn't a priority for this location and the food isn't good enough for us to continue wasting our money. After plenty of chances, we're done trying.

The worst service I have ever seen, and I never write negative reviews. Zaxbys is great but I highly recommend you drive to a different location. If the service is that bad up front, I’m scared of what might be happening in back.

Had one of my best Zaxby’s meals today. Our chicken was hot, fresh & juicy. Our French fries were right out of the fryer, crisp & nice & hot. Service was impeccable as well.
Cold food waiting 35 minutes order time 07:15 only to be told our order got lost with our number being sat out never being called out. Oh well... it used to be quicker here. Thanks anyways.
zaxbys my favorite chic chic spot great food !!! ❤️
I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes waiting on my food. Then once I got it I was missing food from my order. Went inside to request the food I was missing and was told they left it out because they were out of it. No discount offered no extra food offer to replace it just sorry we're out. That is BS! Wont be back. Their new building doesnt make up for crappy service!
