RecommendedBest chicken fingers and seasoned fries in town.
Horrible service. Took 35 minutes to get our food. 7 tables got their food before us. Manager had No response as to why. We will never be back and will happily drive over to the other side of town to 81 to get our Zaxbys fix.

So 2 weeks ago I went to Zaxbys on Clemson Blvd and the food I received was burnt. The manager said she would take care of our meals when we came back in. So today I went back and ordered dinner before work. This is the disgusting chicken I got! I will never eat there again! They lost a family of customers for life! Please repost! #zaxbysisdisgusting

I don't know if the staff just doesn't care or management does not care, but the Clemson Boulevard Zaxby's messes up all the time since they have reopened. I have had 3 experiences now that should not have happened. First, I ordered a Kid's grilled cheese meal... got home, there was no grilled cheese. Second, I ordered some mozzarella bites... bit into one and it was still frozen in the middle. They were ALL still frozen in the middle. Absolutely the slowest place on earth. Store wasn’t crowded at all, and it still took them 35 min to get 5 chicken strips prepared.
