We have been coming to this Zaxbys about once a week since it reopened. It's a beautiful Zaxby building. Although, it never seems clean, trash all over the dining room floor. Usually the service is okay but tonight it took 20 minutes to get a grilled chicken salad and a nibbler meal! There may have been 4 other tables with customers. I recommend getting your act together before you lose a lot of business.
Hated the customer service at this location. The entire time my boys were eating inside the worked stared at us, even when I would look up they would still stare UNPLEASANT. I WILL NOT return.
Dining in for 4 people. Cashiers weren’t very friendly, tea was sour, at least 4 soda options were out and took over 30 mins to get our food. I can understand if they were swamped although the restaurant wasn’t very busy and they had plenty of help. Drive through wasn’t moving and noticed a couple of cars leave after waiting
Charged me $2.25 for a water didn’t realize it until I was almost home (my fault) go back up there wait 15min to get refunded (normally I would have just forgot abt it bc at this point it’s not even abt the $2) then when I get back home to eat my appetiter(cheddar bites) there was literally less than half the normal serving size. I eat zaxbys a couple times a week so will def. be taking a break from them for a while because this is really frustrating. You’d think spending all the money on the new remodel that you would spend some money on how to train the cashiers on how to listen to peoples orders and be friendly. Told our order twice and guess what?? It was wrong. Sent the food back and they acted like it was our fault. Once we got our right order the food was good.
Ordered grilled chicken salad, along with four other meals. Waited close to 30 minutes for an order to go. They made it fried so we sent it back. Ten minutes later they packed a salad with no cheese and "medium rare " chicken- yuck. Showed a picture ( had already taken it home before noticing) later to the manager and she only offered to make it a third time. No refund, nothing. Absolute worst service I have ever gotten. Employees were arguing with each other behind the counter, and cooks were standing around staring at each other while we waited for over 20 minutes for our food. Won't be back
