Terrible customer service. I put money down on a vehicle that didn’t work out and they never contacted me about assisting in a new vehicle or a refund, even after I have called multiple times. With so many other dealerships in the area that WANT your business, I wouldn’t waste your time. Being in this business is not just about making a sale but also retaining customers and providing a good experience all around. Disappointing.
