I brought in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit for a clicking noise from the rear wheel at highway speeds. The tech and Manager drove the vehicle, heard the noise, but had a tough time diagnosing the problem. After a couple hours, turns out it was just a loose wheel weight. They corrected the issue and sent me off with no charge. Thank you Zappone...you’ve just earned a new customer!
