WON’T HONOR THE LEASE OFFERS ON THEIR WEBSITE. Very disappointing. Their website shows a lease offer on a 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee limited for $315/month with zero down. After contacting them about this offer they tell me That the offer actually requires $5,700 down and that the website is a mistake. Yet the offer has been displayed on their website for several days and is still there at the time that I write this review.

I went to Zappone's located in Clifton Park for an oil changed for my Jeep. I went to this location out of convenience. Approximately 30 minutes after arriving, I was told that my radiator was severely leaking. I had not noticed any spots on my driveway or have had issues prior to this service appointment. I asked them to take care of it and waited for several hours. Hours passed and I went to figure out what was happening.
