I first heard about this salon from a friend. I am lucky I found Amy! She is a super talented colorist and takes the time to get it just right. She listens and gives valuable input as well! I love my color!

I've been a regular at the Batavia Zano's for 20 years. For good reason-- hair, nails, wax, tan, facial... everything they do is high quality and everyone I've ever interacted with has been warm, friendly, and professional. I love walking in and being greeted by name as if I'm a favorite family member. When it comes to beauty services, to some extent, you get what you pay for. At Zano's, I always get more than I pay for.
