My haircuts and color have been fab. If customer service matched, they'd get four stars easily. But, have had question/issue with no manager on site or calling me back now for four days. Customer service not a strong point on management end--could be a deal breaker. At these prices, you need to court your clients. Esp. your current ones.
Really felt like Zanos could care less if they retain you as a client or not.
