Everyone at Zano's is friendly & kind and truly make you feel welcomed there! It's a very relaxed, fun atmosphere with good music too. My colorist Amanda is beyond fantastic! My hair always looks great when I leave and stays that way for a long time until my abuse gets too much for it! Amanda always comes to the rescue and goes above & beyond to reverse all the bad I do! I'm giving Zanos a two because everyone is very kind, wonderful customer service, and it's a beautiful Salon! But I don't come to a salon for the ambiance and after two appointments and 5hrs in the chair my hair looks almost exactly the same as when I walked in. I'm more upset than I am mad because I Had such high expectations from all your 5 star reviews.
My first time at Zano. I loved my colorist, Amy, and the stylist who cut my hair, Alex. All of my needs were met and I was completely satisfied with my hair. First time clients receive $20 off their first visit and you leave with great coupons for your future visits. A class act. And yes...I am going back again and again. I made my next appointment before I left the salon. I highly recommend Zano!
Everyone is so friendly! Energetic, bustling atmosphere! Kennedy is a sweetheart! She did my hair for a wedding yesterday. It still looks great!
