With many things being done online and/or electronically its nice having peace of mind that a great reputable company has got your back to protect if I.D. theft happens.
I liked that they notified me when my email address was found on the dark web on a certain website. As a result of their help, I was able to change my email address password and felt safer. I would have not even known my email address was on the dark web had it not been for Zander identity protection.
Denied my husband coverage because he didn’t have a CBC drawn yet and a colonoscopy that’s due in two years. If the CBC is so critical, why wasn’t it part of the the work up of the exam they performed themselves? You can petition it but I’m tired of all the back and forth and delays. Only went with this company because of Dave Ramsey’s recommendation.
I switched to Zander Insurance months ago for home and auto coverage. I was so impressed that they reached out to me FIRST today to see if we were ok in regards to the tornado that touched down in the Nashville area. They have been great to work with from the moment I made the first phone call to their office months ago. I follow Dave Ramsey and Zander did exactly what Dave said they would do and then some...do not hesitate to call these folks!!
