I complained about telephone wait time on Facebook, and they went out of their way to apologize for the error and took care of my request with utmost efficiency. I wanted to delete the complaint but couldn't find it. The are the best.

As always, Zander came through....I needed some unusual homeowner’s insurance documents ASAP, during a banking inquiry. I called Zander while I was with my banker, but she said, “oh, there’s no way you’ll get it right away, just email them to me.” She was pretty surprised when the Zander agent picked up and said she’d email them right to me. Awful place with ZERO values. This is not a place I would pay to insure anything of mine, myself or my family. Do a little research I’m sure you will find better premiums that fit your needs. And hell no I don’t want a team member reaching out to me so stay out of my inbox or I will take legal action for harassment :)
I had actually hoped I would never need Zander's services, but when I did they responded promptly and professionally to help me deal with my identity theft incident. Zander made that process simple and comprehensible. It makes me wonder, why doesn't Zander have an "easy" button?! 😉
