Friendly representatives, easy application process, best price, and overall good experience but I was denied. I’m in perfect health. My only issue is I have a future surgery scheduled for a disc in my neck. I take no medication, have had no past surgeries, I’m a police officer that’s workouts out religiously and I was denied? I even pass a Physical Fitness test once every 6 months. Just did yearly lab and everything was perfect! Man! What ya gotta be, God to get life insurance?
Just over four month process to update and increase coverage ended today due to yet another request for more information. Took over 2 months and 3 try’s just to get them to not “lose” the paperwork for release from my doctor. I can’t recommend and will never do business with them again. Been a horrible experience with horrible customer service.
Awesome people to deal with. Very reasonable rates and very knowledgeable. I spoke with Thomas about life insurance and he was a great help.

I have the ID Theft Protection and get a monthly summary of my personal info on the web. I have had one alert come through just last week on my phone number being found. I called customer support in a tizzy and spoke with Chris who immediately checked my account and put me at ease, gave me excellent advice and didn't make me feel stupid for not being very tech savvy! Thank you Zander for keeping my info safe!
