I just filled out the survey that Zander emailed me. After reading the comments here it appears that the service I received under the id protection plan is consistently poor. I will not be renewing. Sorry that it cost me more than just the $145 fee, but the cost of getting my identity theft problem taken care of myself because Zander is worthless and nonexistent and when you call you get double talk and non-answers. My comments here are moderate compared to how irritated and upset I really feel.
Zander has made the life insurance process easier than I could have ever imagined. Our case manager, Lamesha Wells, was more than helpful during the entire process. We will definitely refer friends/family to Zander in the future.
Dont waste your time i got a quote and went through the whole process of getting blood drawn and everything and the actual cost came out to 75% more than i was quoted. I would have expected more from a Dave Ramsey recommended firm.
The Zander Insurance staff was attentive and responsive every step of the way; each time I called in to ask a question or inquire as to the status of where we were at in the process they called me by my first name, answered my question or told me they couldn't answer it but someone would get back to me who could. The entire process was very simple and did not require much time to get the ball rolling. I am pleased with my policy, the rate of my annual premium and the high level of service the Zander team provided.
I heard about Zander thru Dave Ramsey. I am so happy to have switched to Zander, they were very thorough & helpful with updates as the process went along. I am very pleased with the policy chosen for me & would recommend Zander to anyone.
Everyone was so helpful and kind. Their response time with emails was very quick. If I need to look for other insurance coverage in the future I will come back to them for sure!
