We've had an ID protection policy with Zander for a couple of years. Unfortunately now that we suspect an ID breach, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Over the last few days I have been calling several different numbers, spent hours on hold and requested call backs ("while holding my place in queue"), but as of yet I still have not spoken to anyone. Been paying for coverage for 10 years now and finally needed them. Called and have sat on hold for almost 30 minutes and have yet to talk to a person. Really? So remember you get what you pay for I guess. I have paid my fair share and cant even get someone to talk to me.
Zander did a great job assisting me following someone's fraudulent use of my credit card. The person who helped me was very pleasant, patient, and thorough.
