I recommended Zander Insurance to my parents for life insurance because of their affiliation with Dave Ramsey. It was the worst experience and customer service ever. They sent my parents an hour away from their house for a pre insurance physical and when the arrived the address was incorrect and no one at that location did physicals. They both had to take time off work to go to the appointment for nothing. They called Zander and they said they weren't sure what happened. This went on for a month. Awesome company! Every thing went smoothly throughout the process. Hayley, my agent, was so nice and fast in her responses! I recommend Zander to everyone and anyone who asks about insurance, especially term life insurance. I feel very confident and comfortable with them handling this life detail!

I recently believed my debit card was compromised and I got incredibly poor service. This happened on a Saturday and I was told someone would contact me on Sunday (within 24 hours). Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. -- no one had called. Then I called them to complain and I was on hold for 25 minutes and had to hang up to do my job at work. AND this is a product I PAY for. Turned out my debit card was not compromised. My bank was more responsive than Zander. Not sure I will be renewing. Zero stars.
I have used Zander for about 3 years. If you're not, you're missing out. Great people, and excellent service!
