Just signed up and they were very easy to work with and the prices were great.
Unfortunately, service has declined. Last year they didn't want to spend time checking renewal rates and this year I have been persistent in requesting multiple times via email and phone only to be told by Kim that she will send these quotes. Today I got a letter for renewal with our current insurance carrier so I called Kim who promised me (again) that she would email me with quotes by TODAY. She never did! She even asked me on the phone earlier if I wanted her to still send the quote... really? Sounds like Zander does not ... read more
I had paid for Zanders identity theft insurance for several years now. When I finally need it, they took several days to return my emails or contact me. While the matter was finally resolved, they need changes to be more responsive to their clients.
Everyone we spoke with other the phone was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. They called to remind us or update us about the paperwork throughout the process. We are happy with Zander Insurance (thanks Dave Ramsey)!
Very professional , better coverage for lower premiums
The website was quick and easy to use to get quotes. The Zander Insurance staff called to clarify some of my answers and that actually helped me get better rates. I had heard about Zander Insurance for many years through Dave Ramsey. When I needed to get a new life insurance policy Zander was my first and only place to visit. I am very pleased with my experience.
I have never had so much trouble getting a company to stop calling me. I've told at least 4 different people in the last week that I don't plan to go forward with the life insurance inquiry. I've been told that it's different departments or that it was because of computer problems. I really don't care at this point. It is obvious to me thst your systems do NOT work! You've lost my business!
