The service was excellent. Was in the process of buying a new house & started shopping for insurance during the process. Tasha was great to work with on my home owners as well as my auto policy. Couldn't have gone smoother.
I held life insurance licenses in over twenty states for about 5 years, so I know the ropes of this business and how underwriting works. It's never enjoyable shopping for insurance, but having Zander at my side helped make the experience pleasant! If you have any blemishes in your past, they will subject you to jump through hoops and then still giving you a date to come back for reconsideration, even if it's NOT medical. Three months of hoops to still not have life insurance. Biggest waste of time. We will buy our life insurance elsewhere. Dave Ramsey shouldn't endorse you!
As a disabled veteran, I applied for term insurance and was rejected due to symptoms related to PTSD and chronic pain in knees and back. I do not know how they can preach being military friendly when the majority leave the service with related injuries. I would not recommend them to anyone or any service member.
