I walked into Zales today just to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and inspected. As I was wrapping things up and ready to leave Adrian made a comment about my rings and we started to chat away. Our experience with Chris at the falls location was one the best! Very accommodating. Other Zales stores were mentioning that the modifications i wanted to do to my wedding ring and band were impossible and tried up-selling me from natural diamonds to lab created and not considered the emotional attachment I had to my current ring.
