Our experience with Chris at the falls location was one the best! Very accommodating. Other Zales stores were mentioning that the modifications i wanted to do to my wedding ring and band were impossible and tried up-selling me from natural diamonds to lab created and not considered the emotional attachment I had to my current ring.
