This place having 4.8 star reviews truly baffles me. We came in for a simple ring resize, and had to send it back 3 times. Not because the resize was off, but because they added a gloss to the ring (that was never requested), sent back then came back with a scuff, sent back again, and then came back with a chipped stone.
