I've been a patient for more than 5 years. Yes the staff recommends procedures from time-to-time that aren't covered by insurance. Sometimes I say "OK" and sometimes "no thank you." When I've said "no thanks" that's the end of the conversation.
I've been going to her for years and always had nothing but positive experiences. She even gives me a discount since I don¿t have dental insurance and pay out of my own pocket!
I will recommend to friends, definitely. Dr. Hakim is wonderful and friendly. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thanks to them, I feel I can smile again.

There have been several items that they have done free of charge including, most recently, recasting and creating a new retainer for grinding (my last one broke). This is something they offered right away. Bottom line, I highly recommend this office. I don't always give 5 star reviews, but Doctor Hakim's office greatly deserves it.
Their office is very nice. They even have a crown creation machine in their office which means no temporary crowns of fillings.
