Best service I have ever received at a bar. Chris was attentive and very knowledgeable about everything we asked. Food was outstanding. Great idea with the 6 small salads to start, and Turkish hummus is my new favorite thing. If Michelin did Philadelphia, they would definitely deserve a couple of stars.
Beyond amazing. Truly one of the best meals I've had in a decade. We sat with Chris at the bar, and his service was flawless - incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and polite without being overbearing. I can't think of a time I've had better service. We're considering a trip back to Philly just to eat here again. This place is simply one of the best restaurants in the country, full stop. Do the tasting menu with wine pairing. You'll love it.

A truly outstanding and unique culinary experience. Nothing fussy about this place but the dishes are inventive, the flavors distinct yet meld perfectly. The servers are true professionals and can answer any and all questions about ingredients and preparation. Is it worth the two-month wait for a reservation? In a word: yes.
