GREAT SERVICE
When first starting seeing provider she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Over the years, I think she has taken on too many patients and the quality of care has suffered as a result. Wait time used to be 10-15 minutes but, now it is up to an hour or two at times. Also, the office have problematic record keeping procedures. I have went there since 2013 and they are unable to produce any of my records. Also, they are not a part of the hospital according to medical records only renting space.
Dr. Zafar is very exceptional in what she does, very patient with her clients and very understandable. She takes the time to listen to all of her patients' concerns and really cares about what they have to say.
SERVICES THIS OFFICE PROVIDE ARE EXCELENT .STAFF AND DOCTOR ARE WONDERFUL
Staff and Doctor are Excellent
9:30 Appointment and I wasn't seen until 11am. The waiting room is small no place to sit, elderly people with walkers and crutches and nowhere to sit. She saw me for 10 minutes and very sarcastic. Unfortunately I already started with her as soon as I'm better going somewhere else.
She is very through and her staff is welcoming.
AWESOME SERVICE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND GREAT DOCTOR. I HAVE BEEN HER PATIENT SINCE 2013 AND HAVE ALL THE TRUST IN HER CAPABILITIES .SHE IS EXCELENT AND STAFF IS VERY GOOD AS WELL
OFFICE IS VERY CALMING AND I FEEL VERY SAFE HERE AND I FEEL DOCTOR IS TRYING HER BEST TO HELP ME AND SHE TAKES HER TIME TO HELP ME AND TO DISCUSS MY CONDITION WITH ME AND MY FAMILY . STAFF IS EXCELENET AND OFFICE IS VERY CLEAN
