EXCELLENT food & Strong Drinks – I went to Yuca Bar this past saturday night with four friends for a birthday dinner (mine). Although they wouldn't take reservations, we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The food was Terrific, and the margaritas were good and really, really strong. Fun Drinks, Great Service & Atmosphere – I would definitely recommend Yuca Bar if you're up for a fun atmosphere with good food and drinks! My husband and I decided to go here on Cinco de Mayo. We expected it to be extremely crowded and to have at least an hour wait for a table. It only took about 20-30 mintues and we got a table outside. The mojitos and sangrias are awesome! Delish! – Just went here lat Friday night. It was already packed at around 6:30-7! Loved it. Was the best Latin/Cuban food I ever had in the city. We had the lobster quesadilla as a tapa and that was very yummy. I also had the filet mignon which was soo good and juicy! Sangria was also good, atmosphere was lively, and service was nice too. Great place wonderful value – Was owed a meal from a friend and she ended up taking me to the Yuca Bar and wow was the place great. The drinks are great, have two of them and you?ll swear that you have some percentage of Latin in you. Our app, name I am forgetting, was comprised of beef, fried onions, and flat bread ? amazing. FABU!!! – Before I begin...plan ahead because the place gets PACKED!!! However, it's well worth the wait :) Now for the review: Once seated...the manager came over...took our order of a pitcher of FRESH sangria and mango mojitos! What great service! Then our waiter came over, Michael, and was our comic relief for the remainder of our stay! If you want hysterical...ask to be seated in Michael's section!! Great service, even greater food! – We love this place!! Amazing drinks, awesome food and some of the best service in the city. Everytime we go to Yuca we are shocked by how little the bill comes to- the place is soooooo reasonably priced (4 large mixed drinks=$30!). My boyfriend is crazy for the roasted pork. Service is incredibly efficient. My friend knocked over her drink last night and before we even had time to pull out our napkins a bus boy ran over and had the entire thing cleaned up. You've gotta try this place!
Good, small place – I've been here a lot, and have never had a bad meal. The food's great and the service is very good (but not pushy at all). Sangria is usually good, but occassionally its a bit weak. Prices are good as well. You could make a meal out of the tapas. I only wished they changed up the menu a little bit more often.

Great brunch – I have been here a few times for brunch as they have a great deal - I think it's something like $11 for your entree, a drink (the bloody marys are delicious) and coffee. Although the place has always been crowded, I've never had to wait too long for a table.
