Awesome food – Great tapas and brunch. Best steak and eggs with beans and rice in the city. The wait staff are very helpful and cute. Love this place.
More like Yucky Bar! Avoid it at all costs! – I'm sad to say that Yuca Bar has taken a steep nose dive from my 'favorite places to eat' list. Great Time!!!!!!!!!!! – i went to yuca last thursday with some friend from work, looking around we saw the happy hour specials and we went in, the place was packed, so we had few drinks at the bar while waiting. The mojitos are some of best i tried in the city. When we sat the waitress was very knowlegable and answered all my questions since i was not familiar with some of the things. best mojitos!!!!! – i went to yuca last weekend, the did not take reservations, but we didn't have to wait that long considering the place was packed. We all had flavor mojitos, and i have to say they were all great, specially the mango.Service was fast and my waitress was a lot of fun, we ordered buch of tapas to share , the lobster quesadilla was delish.I will defenatly will come back in a slow night.
Great food, miserable service – Went to Yuca for brunch - the food is great, and the brunch deal includes a drink. Try the Heuvos Rancheros, amazing - on a quesadilla. The service though was abysmal. We order a bloody mary each at the bar when waiting, and got another at the table. The service was slow and not attentive, but we were not in a hurry. If you want to stay hungry, this is a great place – Unfortunately I can't review the food here, because my experience never got as far as actually eating. My ladyfriend and I headed here on July 4th for brunch. EXCELLENT food & Strong Drinks – I went to Yuca Bar this past saturday night with four friends for a birthday dinner (mine). Although they wouldn't take reservations, we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The food was Terrific, and the margaritas were good and really, really strong. Fun Drinks, Great Service & Atmosphere – I would definitely recommend Yuca Bar if you're up for a fun atmosphere with good food and drinks! My husband and I decided to go here on Cinco de Mayo. We expected it to be extremely crowded and to have at least an hour wait for a table. It only took about 20-30 mintues and we got a table outside. The mojitos and sangrias are awesome! Delish! – Just went here lat Friday night. It was already packed at around 6:30-7! Loved it. Was the best Latin/Cuban food I ever had in the city. We had the lobster quesadilla as a tapa and that was very yummy. I also had the filet mignon which was soo good and juicy! Sangria was also good, atmosphere was lively, and service was nice too.
