It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. A close family member had a procedure to remove breast tissue (male) in January 2009. The doctor did a liposuction procedure. It worked great, and my family member is now very pleased with the result. I came back to this site to get information to refer a female friend. I was shocked to see the one-star rating. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
I am embarassed to admit I ever went to this establishment. I got a procedure for my vericose veins. I was misinformed on the maintenance. I was told to wear the support hose for 48 hours. I assumed the bandages were water proof, because no one told me not to take a shower. I have never left a doctors office without a print out of the procedure and maintenance. When I called to talk to the doctor and his "assistant", they told me I needed to assume some responsibility for the procedure they had just performed. I have never h... read more
