I recently made an order on 11/27/2020 for his sale, and the purchase was an accident, I have emailed them multiple times. I have emailed the same day I made the accidental purchase, a few hours later when PayPal notified me that I made the transaction before 10 hours. I did not know I submitted payment after all through PayPal. Total scam! It had been months since I ordered and have not received anything. There has been many other people with the same issue. They continue to delete negative comments on their Instagram and promise they are getting out all orders but never do.
False company. Placed large order and never received it. Details on order still say processing. Same repetitive email reply when customer service is contacted. Had to dispute through my bank.
Please do not order. They do not ship out most their shipments and are scamming so many people.
I would not even give this company 1 star. Their customer service is non existent. I spent $170 only to receive notification that I need to pay a further £31.16 for customs before I can have my goods. No one is replying to my emails and I was misled as there was no mention of customs at the time of ordering. I wish I had read the reviews for this company before ordering as I can see this is normal for them. Anyone considering ordering from here just DONT!
Ordered a black "stuck in my ways" hoodie on march 7th 2020, it is now May 26th and I have not received my order, both my mother and I have emailed and called multiple times and neither of us have gotten a response. It makes me so upset because I have been supporting phora for years. What a waste of money
Haven't shipped my order to me and it's been 4 months, i can't get in contact with them via email or phone or any of their social media pages. They scammed me.
I wish I would've read the reviews/comments before ordering & wasting my money! Placed my order on March 29th and I have not received any updates on my order. I contacted them/emailed them 3 times with no response!!!! They advertise "fast shipping" and "24/7 costumer service" yet they have failed at both of those things!!! Spend $143 for nothing!!!
This business is awful. I received the wrong hoodie and wanted the correct one, and sent 4 emails since receiving back in December 2019. I have stated in the last two emails that I wanted a refund, but nothing has happened. I called the store location, and the employee was rude after I stated that I wanted a refund. They kept talking over me and told me that the person who manages it is not working today, and they she works from home. I just want my money back.
