I placed an order November 28, 2021, it has now been 4 months & haven't received anything. I've reached out to them several times through email or by DM & no response! This is very unprofessional they are just stealing people's money, Money people worked really hard for! I placed an order on October X XXXX. It's March 2022 and I still haven't received my order. I have contacted them multiple times and they promised to send out my order. The last time I spoke with them in December, they said they would fix the problem. Well it's March and that was a lie. They never fixed anything. I want my money back but they keep only offering store credit or to "resend" the item. It's not really "resending" it since they never sent it in the first place. I'm very unhappy about this. I placed an order on 5/6/21 and paid $84.28. I have tried contacting them over 20 times trying to get a refund since they obviously wont ship my order. I would like a refund if anyone could help. No use in trying to email them because they wont reply

This business has been selling online recently and doesn't ship out items at all, customer service is terrible.

I put in an order Nov 2020 Black Friday sale. I have yet to receive anything. I have emailed and called. No response. They took my money $130. This company is stealing and they are a fraud.

i ordered sweatpants took maybe a little over a month to get to my house. they were too big so i emailed their customer service. waited a week, no response. emailed again. no response. i messaged their instagram and again, no response. i commented on one of their pictures saying they don't answer emails but continue to send everyone emails to buy from them. it's been 3 almost 4 months since i ordered, and 2-3 months that i've had them. i love photo but this is ridiculous.

Worst place to order from ! Ordered items and took months to even get PART of my order shipped. When I got it I had a not saying that a few items were out of stock but had them up online still . NEVER ordering from here again !

Never recieved anything. Then was told the necklace was sold out. I go back on the site and its available. My order was from September 2019. No refund or compensation. They are stealing from people. I don't know how they are still running this business.
