Placed an order for a shirt and never received it. The order was placed in January and it is now April and of course the website is down. I have tried to message them through IG and no response. This is horrible!!! Phora needs to find out and do something because this is not ok!!
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and support. I placed an order 4 months ago and still have yet to receive my item. I will no longer be ordering from this website and I strongly suggest no one else does either. SCAMMERS!!!
Ordered a nice looking shirt from ***** and paid $42.99 plus $15.00 postage. When I recieved the item is was cheap and very thin material. Not what the advertising photo was showing.It did not fit correctly so I sent a request for a way to return the shirt but they offered me $15 and no ***************. I refused and demanded my full refund but another email came with an offer of $25 refund..Still working on getting my refund. Not at all happy with this company. Buyer beware.
I bought over 600$ of clothing from and haven't received my package then I got my money back from the bank but a week later the took my money back because it was over a year so now I have no package and no 600$ worst clothing store in the world I wouldn't recommend buying from here it's fraudulent
AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I made a purchase in November 2021 and it is now August and still have not received any type of shipping number. I have made comments on Instagram, twitter, and have even tried emailing them multiple times and still have gotten no response.
I finally got ahold of them about my order from Black Friday bc I wanted an update or refund or something to ensure I didn't get scammed and they laughed at my message and then blocked me off there Instagram account.
I spent over $700 dollars on Black Friday on their merch. It's already April and I have never received anything. I have contacted them multiple times no response. I had no choice but to contact my bank to get my money back.
i placed an order on Nov 26th, 2021 when he dropped new merch, and they said i would receive my package within 3 weeks and it's April. it's been 5 months. i been trying to contact them but they don't answer. YET they still post on their story and sell more things. im very upset and i requested a refund but they never answered me. i commented on their instagram about this and they delete my comment to the point they turned off their comments. Used to be a fan of Phora...not anymore. I just want my refund.
