All I can say is WOW! We love our new windows and front door! Your Home Improvement Company made everything so easy. I had a knowledgeable salesman out to help me choose what the best options were for my house and they had a lot of different choices for me to pick the front door of my dreams! Was informed that there would be several contractors contacting me if I went online to express interest. No one but Your Home Improvement did call. Set up an appointment in May. 2 men showed up and were highly aggressive in their sales pitch. Thought we were getting a great window and company. I can not express how wrong this is. When we ordered them it took almost four months for the windows to get to us, they had multiple excuses and NEVER stayed in contact. The window in my kitchen has not locked since we got them. I have been trying for a month to have them come fix it. The customer service girl Megan can not even be bothered to call someone back. Twice now they have said someone is coming today... They keep their word on what they say and promise.. The work is great, they come to check and make sure their products is great and make sure there are no problems.. One of our screens had a small tear and a window was not closing all the way.. The (I forget his name) had everything fixed within a week maybe 2 at latest.. 2 lifetime warranties, you can't beat that.. Love the windows!
