The salesman was friendly and explained the details very thoroughly of the windows and door that we were replacing. He even had a cross section of the window to show how they are made and how they are better than other windows on the market. I also like the double lifetime warranty that comes with the windows.

We had an estimator come out to our house after considering to get new windows and patio doors. Blake F. was our estimator. Without a doubt he was very good at answering our questions and had all the information towards different types/competitors of other Windows. He helped us find a financial company that had the best deals and also gave us a bunch of promotions they have to aid in the final price. Can't wait to get the Windows and patio door installed! My door came in way faster than I thought( 4 weeks ) and they estimated twice that time. The service guy was great even stayed past dark to make sure he finished the job. My salesman checked in right after install to ensure everything went well. Love my new door.

This was a very painful experience for us. The job was done to expectations when it happened. The communication was beyond horrible. When the job was quoted we were told 10 - 12 weeks. at 10 weeks we had to call and were told "waiting on product from the manufacturer" at 20 weeks we were told the same thing after having to call to find out whats happening. When the work was scheduled. (24 weeks after quote) originally they said they would be there at 8am then it changed to noon. at 3:30 they had yet to arrive and nobody was ... read more
